Read Across America Week

We had such a great time celebrating all things Dr. Seuss this week at SMS!  Thank you to all of the guest readers and families who pulled together everything from crazy socks and hats to costumes and pajamas.  I hope that you all have a restful and fun filled vacation!

Hunting for blends

We are becoming amazing word detectives in the Seal class.  Today we searched for blends in our books to help us read tricky words.  

Valentine's Day Fun

Have you heard about our post office?  It is up and running and the Seals are delivering all kids of mail!  We take turns buying/selling stamps, organizing mail, stamping it and making sure it makes into the right mail box.  The post office was especially busy delivering all of the Valentine's cards.
